Q: Is my personal information secure?

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Ordering is easy:

  1. Browse our products collection and add your favorites to the cart.
    2. Head to checkout and enter your shipping details.
    3. Complete payment securely via any of the several payment options available including credit card, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments or PayPal.
    4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Due to the nature of our products, we are currently unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@munchcraftsnacks.com within 7 days of delivery — we’ll be happy to make it right.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Q: Do I need an account to shop?

A: No account is needed to place an order. However, creating an account lets you track past orders and receive exclusive Munch Craft updates. Filling out the contact form and subscribing to email list also means receiving regular promotion codes. 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use that link to track delivery progress through our shipping partner’s website.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: If you need to update or cancel your order, email us at info@munchcraftsnacks.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once the order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re happy to assist with a refund or replacement when applicable.
