Greetings! I'm Zubin Kuvadia, founder and the brain behind the emerging CPG brand Munch Craft.

With a PhD in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Business Analytics,  I’ve spent over 15 years in academia and industry innovating at the intersection of science and business. But when it came to something as everyday as snacking, I felt there was still a gap — most snacks were either plain boring, greasy or buried under heavy sugar glazes.

I wanted something better for my family: snacks that were fun, adventurous, and distinctly delicious without the greasy guilt. That vision became Munch Craft. Together with seasoned food scientists (including my dad, a food expert with 40+ years of experience), we created a line of air-roasted cashews — never fried, always bold.
