One-Time Order Cancellations (Single Orders)
Because our Houston fulfillment warehouse works quickly to get your fresh air-roasted snacks shipped out, the window for canceling or modifying a single, one-time order is very short.

Cancellation Window: If you need to change or cancel a single order after checkout, please email us immediately at info@munchcraftsnacks.com with your order number.

The Cutoff: We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, packed, or a shipping label has been generated by our logistics team, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

Post-Shipment: If your single order has already left our warehouse, it falls under our standard Perishable Goods Policy and cannot be physically returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Subscription Flexibility When you choose a recurring subscription or purchase option for your favorite Munch Craft snacks, you lock in special automated deliveries. We believe in total flexibility—there are no long-term commitments, and you can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription You can manage, pause, or cancel your recurring snack orders completely online through your customer account portal:

Log in to your account at munchcraftsnacks.com.

Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section.

Select the active order configuration you wish to change, and click "Cancel Subscription" or "Pause".
Alternatively, you can submit a cancellation request by emailing our support team directly at info@munchcraftsnacks.com. Please provide your name, account email, and order details.
Cancellation Deadline & Processing To avoid being billed for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 48 hours before your next renewal/billing date.
If a renewal order has already been successfully billed and processed by our Houston fulfillment warehouse, that specific shipment cannot be canceled or refunded, and your cancellation request will automatically apply to all subsequent scheduled deliveries.
